Pitch the right brand to the right creator. All on your machine.
DS Pulse scans real sponsorship history across your whole roster, learns which brands sponsor which kinds of creators, and returns a ranked shortlist for any channel, with every score showing exactly why. One desktop app for the entire deal workflow.
Windows. macOS coming soon. Runs on your machine. Your API key, your data, no seat minimums.
The whole sponsorship workflow,
in one desktop app.
Analyze a channel, scan its sponsors, match brands to creators, find new creators for a brand, track a portfolio, and hand a client a rate card without leaving the app or stitching together five other tools.
Every recommendation carries its evidence. PRO
Point Pulse at a channel and it ranks the brands most likely to sponsor it. Each row opens to the exact factors behind the score: niche overlap, shared sub-niches, video topics, format, reach, and region. No mystery percentages.
- Every reason on the list comes straight from the math that scored it.
- A brand needs a pattern to show up here — several distinct channels, not one lucky match.
- Already-obvious sponsors get filtered out, so what's left is net-new pitch targets.
| # | Brand | Match | Seen on | Top reason |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 89% | 52 | Topic overlap | |
| 2 | 84% | 117 | Niche 81% Tech | |
| 3 | 72% | 140 | Adjacent niche | |
| 4 | 68% | 61 | Similar reach | |
| 5 | 54% | 210 | Region match |
Scan a hundred channels. Build your own sponsor graph. PRO
Queue a roster and Pulse reads sponsorship mentions from real video descriptions, de-duplicating and normalizing brand names into one searchable database. That database is the evidence base every recommendation is built on, and it lives on your disk, where you control it.
- Rename a brand or drop it on the ignore list, and the graph stays clean as it grows.
- You see the API-call estimate before you scan, so quota use is never a surprise.
- Back up or restore the whole database to JSON whenever you want.

Watch the roster move. Spot the opening first.
Track the channels you manage or court on one dashboard: growth momentum and view forecasts on every tier. Add a Pro license and the same dashboard surfaces shared-sponsor opportunities — which brand already trusts a neighbouring creator and sits a warm intro away.
- Momentum and forecast per channel, free on every tier.
- Shared-sponsor cluster opportunities across the roster (Pro).
- A live feed catches new sponsorships as tracked channels publish.

Lead Finder runs discovery two ways. Cold Find takes a brand or keyword and searches for channels whose audience, niche, and format look like a fit — the exact list to bring to a pitch meeting. HTML Find costs no API quota at all: paste a rendered YouTube search or channel-list page and Pulse lifts every channel handle straight out of the markup, ready to qualify.
- Two discovery modes, one shared results view.
- Subs and average views qualify each candidate before it's added to a full sponsor scan.
- Export the shortlist straight into a pitch.

See which brands are spending, and which are cooling off. PRO
Beyond matching, Pulse tracks the brands themselves. Deal volume over 18 months, momentum by brand, and plain-language predictions tell you who is mid-campaign, who is ramping spend, and who just went quiet, so you time a pitch when a budget is actually open.
- Brands rank by recent deal velocity, rising or cooling.
- Plain-language flags call out mid-campaign brands and budget cuts before you pitch.
- Sort the whole database by momentum, reach, or recency.
Fix what the model gets wrong.
Two panels keep the whole system honest, and both stay free — a mis-tagged brand or niche costs a free user just as much as a Pro one. Model Training is where you correct the tag; Creator Database is the full record of every channel you've scanned, searchable and editable in one table.
- Correct a mis-tagged brand or niche once, and every future score reflects it.
- Creator Database holds every channel you've scanned, searchable and editable in one table.

Tune the niche map itself. PRO
A dedicated view of niche composition and adjacency across your whole scanned roster: which niches cluster together, which brands lean into which niche, and where the model's adjacency assumptions (Tech ↔ Software/AI, Education ↔ STEM) actually hold up against your own data.
- See niche composition across the whole roster, not just per channel.
- Check the built-in niche adjacencies against your own scanned data.
The algorithm behind every match,
open and yours to tune. PRO
Pulse isn't a neural net you have to take on faith. It's a transparent weighted scorer: the broad content niche is the foundation, sharper signals refine a good niche match, and confidence scales with evidence. Every weight, cluster, and curve is yours to adjust, and every number traces back to a named reason.
# each present signal contributes weight × similarity
score = Σ( wᵢ · simᵢ ) / Σ( wᵢ )
# refinements are gated by the niche result
gate = 0.5 + 0.5 · niche_sim
# weak evidence can't fake a strong score
conf = min(1, 0.55 + 0.15 · (n_channels − 1))
match = round( score · conf · 100 )
Bend the algorithm to how you actually pitch. PRO
The default weights are a sensible starting point, not a verdict. Every input to the score is exposed and editable, so a beauty-focused desk and a hardware-review desk can each tune Pulse to the way their brands really behave, then watch the rankings re-sort live as they drag.
- Drag any signal weight and watch the top matches re-rank instantly.
- Define your own sub-niche clusters and niche adjacencies, so “Tech Reviews” or “FPS” mean what you actually mean.
- Switch the niche curve between conservative Linear and focus-rewarding Rescaled.
- Rename, merge, or ignore brands and tags, then pick a theme and accent that match your desk.
The whole workflow runs local.
Nothing leaves your desk.
DS Pulse is a desktop app, not a cloud seat. It scans, scores, tracks, and exports entirely on your own computer with your own YouTube Data API key. There's no account to create, no data uploaded to a vendor, and no per-seat bill that grows with your roster.
Hand a brand a stats card
that looks the part.
Every analyzed creator turns into a clean, one-page stats card, exported straight to PDF. Real metrics, a recent-views chart with the median marked, and view-based pricing bands you can send the same afternoon. Pick a template, match it to your theme, and choose which metrics to show. Free exports sign as DS Pulse; Pro swaps the footer for your own agency name and logo.
Directories tell you who exists.
Pulse tells you who fits, and why.
Most tools sell a database of creators with follower counts and a monthly seat. Pulse works from the sponsorships that already happened, runs on your machine, and shows its reasoning on every match.

Questions we get asked.
How is a match score different from a follower count?+
A follower count says nothing about fit. The score is built from what a brand has actually sponsored — niche overlap, topic and format similarity, reach, region, engagement — and it opens to the named reasons behind it. It answers "would this brand realistically say yes," not "how big is this channel."
Do I need my own YouTube API key?+
Yes. Pulse reads channel and video data through the YouTube Data API, so you bring your own key and quota. You get a call estimate before every scan, so you know the cost before you commit it.
Can I change how the algorithm weighs signals?+
On Pro, yes. Every signal weight, sub-niche cluster, and the niche curve itself is adjustable in the Model Tuner, with a live preview as you drag.
What happens at roster scale?+
Free is scoped to one channel at a time — no sponsor database, no mass scan, no brand recommendations. Pro removes that ceiling: unlimited roster mass-scan, the full Sponsors Database, Sponsor Tracker, brand recommendations, Niche Intelligence, and shared-sponsor clusters in the Portfolio Tracker.
Is there a free version?+
Yes. Free covers full channel analytics, Lead Finder in both modes, Model Training, Creator Database, a Portfolio Tracker with momentum and forecasts, and one PDF rate card template signed as DS Pulse. Pro unlocks brand matching, the sponsor database and tracker, Niche Intelligence, the Model Tuner, custom rate-card branding, and unlimited scanning.
Where is my data stored?+
In local JSON files under your OS's app-data folder — nothing is uploaded to a vendor's cloud. Back up or move the whole database anytime from Settings → Backup & Restore.
