DS Pulse is made by Domera Space, an unregistered sole proprietorship operated by an individual based in Alberta, Canada. These terms cover both the free and Pro versions of the DS Pulse desktop application (together, "DS Pulse" or "the app") and the pulse.domeraspace.com website. Installing or using DS Pulse means you agree to them.

What DS Pulse is

DS Pulse is a desktop application for Windows that analyzes YouTube channel and sponsorship data using your own YouTube Data API key. It runs on your machine; Domera Space does not host or process your channel data on any server.

Free and Pro tiers

The free tier is available at no cost with no license required. DS Pulse Pro is a one-time purchase of $89 USD that unlocks Pro-only features. A Pro license is not a subscription and does not expire on its own.

License grant

Buying DS Pulse Pro gives you a personal, non-transferable license to run the app on one device at a time. You can deactivate a device yourself from within the app (Settings → License) and activate a different one. You may not resell, sublicense, or share a license key with anyone else, or attempt to bypass the activation system.

Payments

Checkout for DS Pulse Pro is processed by Stripe. Domera Space is the seller of record for the purchase; Stripe collects payment and issues the receipt on Domera Space's behalf. Domera Space does not see or store your card details.

Refunds

All sales are final; see the Refund Policy. Domera Space offers direct, 1-on-1 support with setup and usage at pulse@domeraspace.com instead.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use DS Pulse to violate YouTube's Terms of Service, to scrape or store data beyond what your own YouTube Data API key permits, or to redistribute the app's compiled binaries under your own name.

Ownership

DS Pulse, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by Domera Space. Buying a license does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

No warranty

DS Pulse is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Domera Space does not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Brand-fit scores and recommendations are generated from available sponsorship data and are not a guarantee of any sponsorship outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Domera Space's total liability for any claim relating to DS Pulse is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Domera Space is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new "last updated" date on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
