This page describes what data DS Pulse and pulse.domeraspace.com collect, why, and who else touches it. DS Pulse is made by Domera Space, reachable at pulse@domeraspace.com.

What the app itself collects

DS Pulse runs on your machine and does not send your channel data, sponsor database, or usage activity to Domera Space. It has no built-in analytics or crash-reporting. The one exception is your own YouTube Data API key: requests made with it go directly from your machine to Google, under Google's terms, not through Domera Space's servers.

What we collect when you buy DS Pulse Pro

Checkout is processed by Stripe on Domera Space's behalf. Stripe collects your payment and billing details directly; Domera Space never sees your card number. After a purchase completes, Stripe sends Domera Space's license server your email address and a checkout session ID, which the server uses to:

• generate a license key and email it to you
• record the license key, the checkout session ID, your email, and the purchase source in a database, so the key can be looked up later

What we collect when you activate a license

Activating a Pro license inside the app sends your license key and a one-way hash of your device's hardware identifiers to Domera Space's license server. The server stores the license key, the hardware hash, and the activation timestamp, so it can enforce the one-device-at-a-time limit described in the Terms. The hash cannot be reversed back into your original hardware identifiers.

Who else sees this data

• Stripe — processes payment and billing information as Domera Space's payment processor. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Hostinger — delivers the license-key email through its mail service.
• Oracle Cloud — hosts the license server and its database.

Domera Space does not sell your data or share it with anyone beyond the parties listed above.

Cookies and site tracking

pulse.domeraspace.com does not run analytics scripts or tracking cookies.

How long data is kept

License and activation records are kept for as long as the license is valid, so support requests and re-activations can be handled. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time; see below.

Your rights

You can ask Domera Space to tell you what data is stored against your email or license key, correct it, or delete it, by emailing pulse@domeraspace.com. Deleting your license record will deactivate the license.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new "last updated" date on this page.
